Are You Suffering With A Sports Injury In East Islip, NY?
We're Experts At Aiding The Recovery From Sports Injuries...
If you’re dealing with sports injuries, you may have already consulted with an orthopedic specialist, tried physical therapy, or chiropractic care, or even worked with strength and conditioning coaches. Despite these efforts, the pain may persist, often in the form of muscle strains, discomfort or hard-to-describe pain in multiple areas. This is a common scenario for many clients who come to PREP Physio. Many of our clients report feeling weak, sore, and unsure of what to do next – worried and frustrated that everything they tried in the past failed to give them the relief they were looking for.
As experts and proponents of manual therapy, the approach here is to treat each client one-on-one, dedicating significant time to an in-depth evaluation to uncover the root causes of the pain. Often, the pain you feel in one area might be rooted elsewhere in the body. By addressing these underlying issues, clients can begin to feel better, return to their sport, enjoy the weekend activities with their families, and improve their overall quality of life.
If you’re experiencing long-term sports injuries and previous treatments haven’t provided lasting relief, consider reaching out to the clinic. You can call, text, or email to discuss your concerns or set up a discovery visit to explore how to get you back on track.
Are you unsure if physical therapy is right for you? Take advantage of our FREE discovery sessions which help identify your issues and if we can provide help!
** Please note there is no treatment given during one of our discovery sessions. These sessions are designed to evaluate your needs and ensure we can offer the help you need.
